“I attended a two-hour presentation by the very knowledgeable Sarah Sambles … Which led me to a path that will suit my own needs … I know she is 100% right about what I must do to achieve my goal(s). Thank you, Sarah.” Sherrill Wark, Author.
Most authors I know want to spend their time writing not marketing. But if we want to get our books into the hands of readers we have to get to grips with the dreaded ‘m’ word! For many of us that can be a daunting prospect: where do I start, should I use social media, what if I’m self-published, do I have to be sales-y? These are some of the concerns I hear and I’ll address them in this workshop. We’ll talk about the key ingredient to marketing for writers, how to write compelling sales copy, how to make the most of social media and how to promote self-published books. You will come away with the confidence to kickstart your own marketing plan.
Can’t make it? Contact me to schedule a one-on-one Marketing Audit. Writers invariably say this is exactly the step they need to help them focus and find confidence in marketing themselves.
“Sarah helped me focus, not just in terms of my project, but overall as a writer. I went from “hmm, let’s try this…” to “here’s how I’m going to get from A to B.” She gave me the tools to plot my own course, which is already proving invaluable. Thanks, Sarah!” Michael Milligan (MCM), Screenwriter.
